Abstract
The attention given to the jurisprudence of architecture in the world of architecture has not been optimal. There are many things that have not been implemented in the field of architecture, such as how the Al-Qur'an and Alhadits are related. This research-based discussion focuses on the nature, strategy, and epistemology of Islam. The purpose of this article is to understand the essence of architectural fiqh, the sources that apply to buildings (abkamu al-bunyani), and to lay the foundation for the Islamic epistemology of architectural fiqh. This study is a qualitative study using the thoughts of fiqh experts with the study of epistemological reasoning of Islamic architecture based on the istibath al ahkam fiqh architectural strategy in the form of knowledge of the Qur'an, Sunnah Nabawiyah and fiqh principles.
