Process and effects of change
Abstract
The main issue in this article is related to the background, process, and effects of change. In this regard, understanding how change occurs through its background, process, and effects is crucial for organizational leaders, managers, and other staff members to prepare themselves to face changes within the organization and enhance their ability to manage change effectively. By comprehending the background, process, and effects of change within the organization, leaders and managers are expected to select appropriate strategies to implement change, identify and address issues that arise during the change process, and monitor the effectiveness of the changes to ensure the achievement of organizational goals.
