Abstract

The purpose of this study was to provide findings on the analysis of the tutoring program services in Gedog Wetan Village in order to increase students' enthusiasm for learning. This research was conducted to address the situation where students' enthusiasm for learning was declining, especially in Gedog Wetan Village. Students' difficulties in following lessons and assimilating the content provided by the teacher at school indicate a decrease in interest in learning. In addition, teachers in these institutions may not be able to provide support tailored to the specific needs of each student. Therefore, this study provides answers to the topic of tutoring activities that seek to strengthen or develop students' existing enthusiasm for learning. This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. Information in this study was collected through phenomenological and observational techniques. The children in this study ranged in age from 7 to 12 years and were in grades 1 to 6. Based on the findings of this study, tutoring program services had a major impact, such as increasing students' understanding of certain subjects. Services This tutoring activity program has a significant impact, including increasing children's competence in understanding the material, increasing children's awareness in learning, children becoming more active in discussing and asking unclear questions, and increasing children's interest in participating in tutoring activities.
