Urgensi literasi digital bagi mahasiswa di era society 5.0
Abstract
The development of science is increasing rapidly to give birth to many new innovations. One of them is information technology. The development of information technology has had an impact on the times, from the era of the industrial revolution 4.0 to the era of society 5.0. In the era of society 5.0, all aspects of human life have experienced digitalization. The birth of the concept of the era of society 5.0 is a solution to the problems caused in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. This research discusses how important it is for students to have digital literacy skills in the era of society 5.0. Technological advances in that era had positive and negative impacts so that people needed digital literacy skills to optimize the use of technology intelligently and wisely. Students as the next generation of the nation are expected to be digital literacy movers who will teach digital literacy to the wider community. This study uses the library research method using trusted sources, namely journal articles, books, previous research and recent articles. The results of this study state that digital literacy is an aspect that must be owned by every student. Because digital literacy is a strategy in dealing with the era of society 5.0
