Pemanfaatan media sosial dalam pemasaran produk Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah di Desa Randuagung Kecamatan Singosari Kabupaten Malang
Abstract
This study aims to determine the extent of the role of social media as a means of increasing the marketing of MSME products in the culinary business sector in Randuagung Village, Singosari District, Malang Regency. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods with observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The results showed that according to informants, the use of social media as a means of marketing MSME products online is very important in increasing sales results.
