Abstract

This article presents the potential and challenges arising from Indonesia's demographic bonus phenomenon. The demographic bonus refers to a period in which the population of productive age increases significantly compared to the non-productive age group. This article highlights the importance of investing in human resources to address the challenges and opportunities that come with the demographic bonus. One proposed solution is to maximize the potential of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. MSMEs play a strategic role in creating job opportunities, reducing unemployment, and driving the national economy. This encourages readers to further explore the study, emphasizing that MSMEs can be a strategic solution to harness the demographic bonus and promote Indonesia's economic self-reliance.
