Perlindungan rahasia dagang dalam bisnis
Perspektif perundangan dan syariah
Abstract
This research discusses Trade Secrets from a Legal and Sharia Perspective. Trade secrets themselves are very important because they contain information that is economic and confidential. As time goes by, the variety of trade secret violations is increasingly varied, therefore companies must better protect important company information from irresponsible parties. In Indonesian law, trade secret protection is discussed in Law Number 30 of 2000 concerning Trade Secrets. Not only is it legally enforced in Indonesia, but it is also discussed in the Al-Qur'an, although it does not directly discuss trade secrets.
