Meningkatkan volume penjualan di era pandemi Covid-19 pada rumah hijab Novita
Abstract
This research was conducted to prove that the strategy used by Rumah Hijab Novita makes people eagerly await the use of digital marketing and many consumers start shopping online considering the process is easy and time efficient. Based on the results of the study, the most used e-commerce media by respondents were shopee and social media because they were easy to access. In addition, because the seller's response was fast, social media such as Instagram, Tiktok, Facebook, etc. were widely used by respondents. The results of the research prove that Rumah Hijab Novita can use social media such as Instagram and Tik Tok well, besides that the fast response makes customers or consumers more interested in making purchases. Rumah Hijab Novita can also optimize e-commerce features such as Shopee. The existence of this application, makes it easier for customers or consumers to shop.
