Kepuasan mahasiswa sebagai pengguna jasa transportasi online Maxim di Kota Malang

Abstract

Based on the information that has been included in this article, the satisfaction shown by students when using Maxim's online transportation services has a big influence. time, maxim's driver's friendly attitude and lastly maxim's well maintained condition. From these factors, we will find out the level of student satisfaction as users of Maxim online transportation services in the city of Malang through evaluating indicators of satisfaction itself, namely by realizing customer expectations, having an interest in visiting customers again and being ready to recommend Maxim's services to those closest to them. So in order to maintain Maxim's online transportation service business, especially in Malang City, Maxim's company and drivers need to pay attention to Maxim's service standards for students in Malang City, which is currently happening, namely the frequent occurrence of maxim application errors when students place orders, incompatibility of Maxim's driver photos. picking up, drivers who rarely use Maxim's identity, cancellation of orders made by Maxim drivers unilaterally and the need for Maxim drivers to provide quality service.
