Pembuatan sistem budaya organisasi “Akhlak” sebagai penyempurna upaya implementasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia
Abstract
Effective management of organizational trends in response to global competitiveness is essential, as it significantly influences the development and maintenance of corporate culture. Organizational culture includes a set of core values, strategic approaches, leadership methodologies, vision and mission statements, and norms of trust and understanding. These elements are embraced by members of the organization and instilled in new members as guiding principles. As a result, they shape the attitudes and behavior of individuals in various components of the company. Each company has its own interpretation of the concept of organizational culture. Organizational culture refers to a cohesive framework of shared values in an organization that influences the commitment and dedication of its members towards achieving company goals. The purpose of this article is to look at the efforts to implement the "AKHLAK" organizational culture that have been carried out so that it can improve the quality of natural resources, besides that with the many implementation efforts that have been made, of course there is a great need for a system to regulate the course of implementation efforts so that the "AKHLAK" organizational culture can be run over a long period of time. The creation of this system is made in the form of a "Flowchart". Basically, culture can be defined as the comprehensive set of patterns of social behavior, artistic expression, belief systems, institutional structures, and creative outputs that encompasses the thoughts and practices of a given community or group.
