Peran mikroorganisme dalam pertanian berkelanjutan
Meningkatkan produktivitas tanaman dan keseimbangan ekosistem
Abstract
Sustainable agriculture has become a major focus in efforts to maintain environmental sustainability and global food security. One important aspect of sustainable agriculture is the utilization of soil microorganisms which play a crucial role in optimizing crop productivity and maintaining the balance of the agricultural ecosystem. The problem statement in this study is how microorganisms can be used to increase crop productivity and support agricultural sustainability. The approach used involves an in-depth study of the role of microorganisms, such as bacteria, fungi, and mycorrhiza, in increasing the availability of nutrients to plants, increasing plant resistance to pests and diseases, and improving soil quality. The proposed solutions include developing sustainable agricultural practices that make effective use of microorganisms. This includes the use of organic fertilizers, planting cover crops, and composting techniques to increase the diversity of microorganisms in the soil. In addition, modern technologies such as biostimulants and microbial inoculants can also be applied to increase agricultural yields. The results showed that the use of microorganisms in sustainable agriculture can significantly increase crop productivity, reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers, and maintain the balance of the agricultural ecosystem. As such, this approach has great potential to support environmentally sustainable agriculture while meeting global food needs. Continued research and wide-scale integration of these practices is key to achieving successful sustainable agriculture in the future.
