Abstract

A company, organization or business will continue to operate well due to good communication. Good communication greatly affects the harmonious and harmonious relationship between an organization and its public or target so that it will build a positive image. To implement public relations activities, two-way communication is needed. Good communication is built when one of them is able to understand the message conveyed so that a symbiosis is created between the two. Public relations also facilitates the provision of feedback to the public or its targets, allowing the public to freely receive messages from an organization and communicate their understanding. In this case, public relations also needs to conduct continuous evaluation to manage public opinion effectively and accurately.
