Penerapan Public Relation di Toko Sembako Rukun Jaya Kota Malang
Abstract
Grocery stores play an important role in meeting the basic daily needs of people in Indonesia. In the current era of increasingly fierce competition, basic food traders are faced with the challenge of competing effectively. This article highlights the importance of a reliable marketing strategy and the role of Public Relations in achieving business goals. In the context of sharia business, competition is considered a healthy collaboration between business people. Through observation analysis at the Rukun Jaya Grocery Store in Malang City, the obstacles that occur in the store are identified and how to overcome these obstacles so that the grocery store can increase its competitiveness and meet consumer needs more effectively in an increasingly complex market.
