Analisis perbandingan fokus, nilai dan tujuan Baitul Maal wat Tamwil di Indonesia berdasarkan rencana strategi dan misi organisasi
Abstract
This research aims to compare the strategic plans and missions of three BMTs, namely BMT Usaha Mulya Pondok Indah, BMT Mirla, and BMT UGT Nusantara. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method through a review of previous literature. The research results show differences in the focus, values and goals of the three BMTs. BMT Usaha Mulya Pondok Indah emphasizes customer relations and good service. BMT Mirla focuses more on special market segmentation and careful financial management. Meanwhile, BMT UGT Nusantara focuses on member recruitment and growth. Differences are also visible in human resource management approaches. A successful strategy must always adapt to changes in the environment and customer needs, and this research provides insights for further development in the Islamic finance sector in Indonesia.
