Pengaruh kemudahan dan fitur layanan terhadap keputusan penggunaan BSI mobile sebagai alat transaksi di marketplace
Abstract
This research was conducted to test whether there is a significant relationship between convenience and service features on the decision to use BSI Mobile as a transaction tool in the marketplace, especially in the case study of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers in Malang area. This research uses a type of research with a quantitative approach with the measuring instrument used is a questionnaire. The location of this research is in the Malang area using a research population of all Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) customers in Malang area. The number of samples taken was 41 people. Data obtained from the questionnaire that has been distributed will be processed using the Microsoft Exel 2010 program and IBM SPSS Statistics 25 software to carry out multiple linear regression analysis tests. The results of the research are that the convenience variables and service features partially have a positive and significant effect on the decision to use BSI Mobile as a transaction tool in the marketplace. Then the variables of convenience and service features simultaneously also have a positive and significant influence on the decision to use BSI Mobile as a transaction tool in the marketplace.
