Abstract
Revolution is a development caused by human efforts to fulfill life's needs. With the ongoing Industrial Revolution 4.0, educational institutions must prepare themselves to face new orientations and literacy in education. Don't forget that character education is also very necessary to create good mentality and morals for the generation in the 4.0 era, because Indonesia will experience a major revolution in 2045, when the country will be 100 years old. All aspects of society's life experience progress and development, including economic, social, cultural, political, educational, and many more. Apart from that, if seen from the current perspective, Indonesia has the biggest population in the world with a productive age population, or the age range of 15 to 65 years. Where the population and potential citizens are that large, it will make Indonesia developed in 2045. To prepare the younger generation to face the era of industrial revolution 4.0, educators must instill Pancasila values in the souls of the nation's children from childhood. because through the adoption and application of Pancasila principles in everyday life, it is clear that these young people will become agents of just, honest, critical and revolutionary change based on faith and devotion to God Almighty.
