ANALISIS FAKTOR PENGANGGURAN DI PROVINSI KEPULAUAN BANGKA BELITUNG: APLIKATIF TEORI KONVENSIONAL DAN MAQASHID SYARIAH

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and determine the partial and simultaneous effects of the variables of Employment Opportunities, Regional Minimum Wage (UMR), Economic Growth, and Human Development Index (HDI) on Unemployment in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province by integrating conventional quantitative analysis and the maqashid syariah perspective. This research uses a quantitative type with an explanatory statistical approach, with a sample size of 42 samples obtained through purposive sampling technique. The analysis method used is the panel data regression estimation model, as it combines time-series and cross-sectional data. The results of the study indicate that employment opportunities have a negative and significant effect on the unemployment rate, reflecting the good application of maqashid syariah in addressing unemployment through the employment opportunity variable in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) has a positive and significant effect on unemployment, reflecting the good application of maqashid syariah in addressing unemployment through the Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) variable in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. The Human Development Index (HDI) has a negative and insignificant effect, reflecting the good application of maqashid syariah in addressing unemployment through the Human Development Index (HDI) variable in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province. Economic growth has a negative and insignificant effect on unemployment, reflecting the good application of maqashid syariah in addressing unemployment through the economic growth variable in the Bangka Belitung Islands Province.

ABSTRAK

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengetahui pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan variabel Kesempatan Kerja, Upah Minimum Regional (UMR), Pertumbuhan Ekonomi dan Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) terhadap Pengangguran di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung dengan mengintegrasikan analisis kuantitatif konvensional dan perspektif maqashid syariah. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif  pendekatan statistik eksplanatori dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 42 sampel yang diperoleh melalui teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu model estimasi regresi data panel karena mengkombinasikan data deret waktu (time series) dan kerat lintang (cross section). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kesempatan kerja berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap tingkat pengangguran sehingga mencerminkan penerapan maqashid syariah yang baik untuk mengentas pengangguran melalui variabel kesempatan kerja di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Upah Minimum Regional (UMR) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap pengangguran sehingga mencerminkan penerapan maqashid syariah yang baik untuk mengentas pengangguran melalui Upah Minimum Regional (UMR) di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan sehingga mencerminkan penerapan maqashid syariah yang baik untuk mengentas pengangguran melalui variabel Indeks Pembangunan Manusia (IPM) di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap pengangguran sehingga mencerminkan penerapan maqashid syariah yang baik untuk mengentas pengangguran melalui variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung.
