Inovasi Produk dan Layanan Bank Muamalat sebagai Strategi Peningkatan Loyalitas Nasabah
Abstract
Muamalat Bank has launched various product and service innovations to enhance customer loyalty in the digital era. These innovations include the Muamalat DIN digital banking platform, Ramadan savings programs, and flexible Hajj savings accounts, all aligned with Islamic principles. Additionally, the bank has focused on financial literacy through its GEULIS initiative and partnerships with BAZNAS to facilitate zakat payments. Research indicates that the integration of digital technology and improved service quality not only meets customer expectations but also contributes to sustainable development. To maintain and attract customer loyalty, Bank Muamalat needs to continue innovating and adapting to the evolving market needs. The Muamalat DIN application and various attractive savings programs are real examples of the bank's efforts to improve customer experience.
