Menganalisa dinamika dan tantangan pancasila sebagai sikap anti korupsi
Abstract
Pancasila is als basis van de Indonesische staat al lang een leidraad voor het nationale en staatsleven. Elk principe van Pancasila bevat nobele waarden waarvan verwacht wordt dat ze een moreel referentiepunt vormen in het dagelijks leven, zowel op individueel als op sociaal niveau. Een van de meest relevante waarden in de huidige sociaal-politieke context van Indonesië is de waarde van sociale rechtvaardigheid, die de basis zou moeten vormen voor het uitroeien van corrupte praktijken. Hoewel er verschillende pogingen zijn gedaan om de principes van Pancasila toe te passen als moreel fundament in de strijd tegen corruptie, blijven er aanzienlijke uitdagingen bestaan. De wijdverbreide corruptie heeft het publieke vertrouwen geschaad, wat gevolgen heeft voor de sociale, economische en politieke ontwikkeling. Daarom is het belangrijk om de dynamiek van de implementatie van Pancasila-waarden te begrijpen en effectieve oplossingen te vinden om deze uitdagingen het hoofd te bieden, zodat Pancasila optimaal kan functioneren bij het bestrijden van corrupte praktijken in Indonesia.
