This article discusses the strategic role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as an essential instrument in addressing uncertainty within a dynamic and challenging business environment. Using a literature review approach, the discussion focuses on how AI enhances decision-making effectiveness through real-time big data analysis, operational process automation, and the transformation of conventional business models into more agile and adaptive ones in response to market changes. The article also highlights various benefits, such as optimizing resource utilization, improving the accuracy of consumer trend predictions, and fostering innovation in personalized products and services. On the other hand, the paper also addresses several challenges in AI implementation, including high investment requirements, potential risks to data security and privacy, and the limited competence of human resources. Amid the vast opportunities offered by this technology, the author emphasizes the importance of responsive regulation and human resource capacity development to ensure the optimal use of AI in strengthening business competitiveness and sustainability in the digital era.
