Abstract

Muslim MSME entrepreneurs face critical self-management challenges in balancing worldly economic endeavors with religious obligations toward afterlife success, marked by operational overload sacrificing timely prayers and causing high spiritual stress. This study aims to identify field reality gaps and develop a holistic Islamic self-management model. Employing a quantitative literature review method, findings demonstrate that integrating Sharia-based time blocking, daily qana'ah checklists, and accountability communities effectively boosts business productivity by 25-30% while sustaining spiritual well-being, thus achieving sustainable falah for Indonesian Muslim MSMEs.The findings of this study confirm that business success is determined not only by business strategy and production capacity, but also by the entrepreneur's ability to manage time, emotions, and spiritual orientation in a balanced manner. The developed Islamic self-management model places worship at the center of economic activity management, ensuring that business activities remain productive without neglecting the spiritual dimension. The implementation of this model is expected to serve as a practical guideline for Muslim MSME entrepreneurs in improving mental resilience, maintaining spiritual stability, and strengthening business sustainability amidst the dynamics of the modern economy.
