The rapid evolution of information technology has prompted zakat management organizations to integrate digital platforms into their operations. This shift is primarily driven by the need to optimize public accessibility and streamline administrative efficiency. One of the innovations introduced is the online zakat calculator, which allows users to automatically calculate their zakat obligations based on income or wealth. This research examines the implementation of an online zakat calculator as a digital service innovation within LAZISMU Malang City. Utilizing a qualitative case study design, this investigation gathers empirical insights through a dual-method approach. Data collection involves a comprehensive digital audit of the functionalities available on the institution's official website, complemented by in-depth interviews with key administrators to capture internal operational perspectives. The results indicate that the online zakat calculator helps muzaki determine the amount of zakat more easily and practically while also supporting public understanding of zakat calculation based on Islamic principles.
