The phases of human creation in which as religious people it is very important for us to know the process and history of human creation from the creation of the first human Prophet Adam to his descendants to this day. This research uses the library research method and maudhu'i interpretation. So that the results obtained from this research are in the form of articles that hopefully can be useful for the people. Allah's creation, which has no equal to its perfection on this earth, is a human being who has been endowed with a mind and a heart. All humans on earth apart from the Prophet Adam and Siti Hawa, they are formed from the meeting of mature sperm and egg cells which develop every day to become fetuses after going through a process according to the guidance of the Prophet in carrying out the sunnahnhya which lasts for 120 days with 3 stages., forty the first day before it becomes perfect into a nutfah or sperm, followed by forty second which develops into an 'alaqah or in the form of a clot of blood.
