Koperasi BMT Sarana Wiraswasta Muslim atau lebih dikenal dengan BMT SWM merupakan salah satu koperasi serba usaha yang berbasis BMT terbaik di Kota Malang. Aspek hukum merupakan suatu hal yang sangat penting dalam menjalankan studi kelayakan bisnis karena setiap usaha yang dijalankan jika tidak ada pencatatan atau pendaftran secara hukum diaggap sebagai usaha yang ilegal dan akan dikenakan sanksi. Maka BMT didukung dengan Undang-undnag no 17 tahun 2012 tentang perkoperasian serta sudah memiliki NIB (Nomor Induk Berusaha), NPWP (Nomor Pokok Wajib Pajak), Serifikat, Surat TDP (Tanda Daftar Perusahaan), SIUP (Surat Izin Usaha Perdagangan), dan HO (Surat Izin Gangguan) yang dimana sebagai pendukung dari aspek hukum.
