Sharia law is a decree of Allah (the word of Allah) relating to mukallaf, either in the form of iqtidha demands, or choice or in the form of stipulated provisions. Shara law is divided into two, namely taklifi law and wadh'i law. The taklifi law is directly related to mukallaf deeds while wadh'i law is not directly related to mukallaf acts. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with literature research method. The purpose of this study is for readers to understand the meaning that exists in the division of sharia law along with al hakim, mahkum fih, and mahkum alaih and encourage readers to live their daily lives according to the rules of Islam.
