Pengaruh tempat dan pelayanan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan di Warung Koneng
Abstract
This research was conducted to measure how much influence place and service have on customer satisfaction at Koneng stalls. Through thorough analysis, this assessment aims to understand how factors relate to each other and contribute to the customer experience at the Koneng stall. The result is that it can provide valuable insight for stall owners and similar food industries in improving service quality and achieving optimal customer satisfaction.
