Analisa perbandingan kinerja keuangan dan rencana strategis pada bank umum di Indonesia
Abstract
The purpose of this research is to perform a comparative assessment of financial organizations, with a specific focus on Bank Mandiri, BRI, BNI, and BTN. Within this framework, indicators such as Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Non-Performing Loan (NPL), and Return on Asset (ROA) are utilized to assess the financial health of these four banks. The analysis results indicate that these four government-owned banks have strong performance. Bank BRI and Bank Mandiri exhibit good liquidity with adequate CAR, low NPL, and high ROA. Bank BNI also performs well, while Bank BTN faces some challenges in terms of NPL but still demonstrates strong performance in other aspects. Furthermore, each bank has different cost policies, including varying administrative and transfer costs. The strategic plans of each bank also involve efforts to enhance digital services, expand distribution networks, and develop inclusive products. The visions and missions of these banks drive the provision of high-quality services and a positive contribution to the economy and society.
