Aim

Al-Balad: Journal of Constitutional Law is an academic journal managed by the Constitutional Law Study Program, Faculty of Sharia, Universitas Islam Negeri Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Indonesia. The journal is published quarterly, four times a year.

The journal aims to serve as a platform for scholarly communication and the publication of research conducted by students, academics, researchers, and practitioners with an interest in constitutional law and fiqh siyasah.

It publishes theoretical, methodological, and empirical studies employing various perspectives and approaches that contribute to the development of constitutional law, Islamic constitutional thought, state institutions, and governance.
