Articles should be approximately 6,000–12,000 words, including abstract, references, tables, and bibliography. |

Article title |
The title should be concise, clear, and reflect the core argument of the article. |

Author details |
The names of all contributing authors should be added to the OJS submission and listed in their intended publication order.
In multi-authored papers, all authors who made a significant contribution must be listed. Contributors who provided support without participating in the research should be included in the acknowledgments section. |

Research funding |
The funding agency should be written in full and include the applicable grant number. When no specific funding was received, authors should state that the research received no specific grant from public, commercial, or not-for-profit funding agencies. |

Abstract |
All submissions must include an abstract in English and Indonesian, consisting of 150–250 words. |
|
Keywords |
Authors should provide keywords in English that represent the main topics of the article. |
|
Headings |
Headings must be clear and systematic, following the structure outlined in the Al-Balad template. |
|
Figures |
Figures must be included in JPG or PNG format, sequentially numbered, and supplied with captions. |
|
Tables |
Tables must be sequentially numbered, with titles placed above each table. Tables should be centered, single-spaced, and use bold headings. |

References |
References must appear in footnotes and the bibliography, following the Chicago Manual of Style, 17th edition (Full Notes) , and arranged alphabetically. |
All manuscripts must be submitted through the Al-Balad: Journal of Constitutional Law online submission system. Submissions outside the system will not be considered.
