Before the peer review process, each submission is checked for similarity using Turnitin. Manuscripts with a similarity index exceeding 20% will be returned to the author for revision or may be rejected.

Journal of Islamic Business Law reserves the right to reject any manuscript that violates this policy and to take appropriate action in accordance with publication ethics.
