Efektivitas manajemen pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasyrul Ulum Karangploso Malang
Abstract
The effectiveness of the management of educators and education personnel in Madrasah is one of the crucial aspects in efforts to improve the quality of education. Teaching and educational staff are the main resources that play a direct role in the educational and operational processes in Madrasahs. The quality and competence of teaching staff greatly influences the quality of learning provided to students. Meanwhile, educational staff play a role in supporting administration and the smooth running of school activities as a whole. Good management is able to coordinate and develop the potential of both, so that they can work synergistically and productively. This research examines the effectiveness of management of teaching and educational staff at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Nasyrul Ulum, located in Karangploso, Malang, East Java. The main focus of research is on the process of planning, recruitment, development and coaching, compensation, and performance evaluation of teaching and education staff. The research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques through observation and direct interviews with madrasa heads and teachers. The research results show that MI Nasyrul Ulum as a whole has managed its teaching and education staff well, although there are still several aspects that need to be improved to achieve more optimal management. It is hoped that the implementation of effective management can continue to improve the quality of education at the madrasah.
