This study aims to describe and analyze the management of facilities and infrastructure at MAN 2 Kota Malang and its contribution to enhancing the quality of learning. Employing a descriptive-analytical qualitative approach, data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation to accurately illustrate the current state of facility and infrastructure management. The research findings indicate that the facilities and infrastructure management at MAN 2 Kota Malang is executed through systematic stages, including planning, procurement, inventory, utilization, maintenance, and disposal, all adhering to national regulations. Adequate educational facilities, coupled with effective management, are proven to create a conducive learning environment and improve the quality of the instructional process. Furthermore, the principal’s role in coordinating and overseeing the facilities is identified as a critical factor in the success of the management system. Overall, strengthening the management of facilities and infrastructure is a key strategy for ensuring sustainable quality in learning.
