Efektivitas penyaluran zakat produktif oleh BAZNAS dalam pemberdayaan UMKM di kota Malang

Productive zakat plays a role in supporting MSME empowerment and improving the welfare of mustahiq. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of productive zakat distribution by BAZNAS in supporting MSME empowerment in Malang City and to identify the supporting and inhibiting factors in the implementation of productive zakat programs. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach through a literature study. The data were obtained from scientific journals, books, articles, reports, and other relevant previous studies. The results show that the distribution of productive zakat through business capital assistance, business facilities support, training, and business mentoring can improve business productivity, income, and the economic independence of mustahiq. However, the implementation of productive zakat programs still faces several obstacles, such as limited supervision, limited human resources, and suboptimal business mentoring. Therefore, improvements in guidance, supervision, and mentoring are needed so that productive zakat programs can be implemented more effectively and sustainably.
